Windows, Doors & More provides warranty and paid service for Loewen, Andersen and other products sold by us.  Milgard product service is performed direct by the factory.

We do not service or repair products not purchased through our company. 

Our paid service rates begin at $320 for an initial visit to assess and order needed parts and materials.  We will make any repair possible on the initial visit, with a maximum of one hour on site, based on availability of parts.  If a return visit is required the rate is $115 / hr. per man, plus travel time and any transportation costs (ferries etc.).  All materials, parts, lifts and scaffolding are an additional charge and may require up to eight weeks to procure. 

Often we can assess needs through a phone consultation with photos, video or video conferencing.  There is no charge for virtual consultations.
