Rick Locke is the owner and President of Windows, Doors & More.  He acquired the company in 2013 and has led the team to growth and the addition of new products and expanded capabilities.

In 2017 Rick acquired Montana Sash & Door with a partner that managers those four locations (Coeur d'Alene, Kalispell, Bozeman & Jackson).  www.mtsashanddoor.com  Montana Sash & Door also owns Fenestration Technicians, a installation services business based in Bozeman. 

Rick is proud of the diverse set of products the companies bring to the market and thrilled to be a part of the incredible projects that use those products.

With a background in sales and management that included window and glass companies, Rick also worked in technology for a decade before returning to the industry he grew up in.

Rick serves on the Board of Directors of the National Glass Association & Window and Door Dealers Association. 

In his time away from the office, Rick enjoys dual sport motorcycles, snow skiing and spending time with his wife and family.
